Benoit Dubé

Benoit Dubé is the EVP, Legal and Economic Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at CGI. Benoit has held this position since January 2003.

Previously, Dubé was the Executive Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Cognicase from April 1998 to January 2003. Prior to that, they worked as Legal Counsel at Bell Canada Enterprises from May 1997 to April 1998.

Before joining Bell Canada Enterprises, Dubé worked as Legal Counsel and Government Relations Advisor at the Canadian Bankers Association from March 1994 to September 1995. Prior to that, they worked as an attorney in McCarthy Tétrault's Commercial and Securities Law Department from October 1991 to March 1994.

Benoit Dubé is a Canadian lawyer and business executive who has a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Bachelor of Laws from McGill University, a Master of Business Administration from Western University, and a Certificate in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics.

They work with Bernard Labelle - Chief Human Resources Officer, Julie Godin - Co-Chair of the Board, EVP, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, and François Boulanger - Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Benoit Dubé reports to George D. Schindler, President & CEO.
