Betsy Thompson

Betsy Thompson is an experienced payroll and labor manager with a diverse background in managing payroll operations across various organizations. With a degree in Accounting from Penn State University, Betsy began a career as a Senior Accountant at Shannon & Luchs Company, overseeing payroll supervision and managing tax returns. Subsequently, Betsy served as Payroll Manager at Kastle Systems, managing payroll for multiple companies in a multi-jurisdictional environment. Transitioning to CGI Federal, Betsy managed payroll and labor for a government contractor and continued in a similar role with Stanley Associates Inc after its acquisition. Currently, Betsy oversees payroll for all CGI US companies, managing operations for approximately 14,000 employees. Previous experience includes five years as Payroll Manager at PA Consulting Group, requiring expertise in international payroll and management of expatriates.
