Brenna Ledesma is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, analysis, and team leadership. Currently serving as a CPMO Consultant and Project Management Analyst at CGI since November 2020, Brenna applies data analysis techniques to interpret financial data and generate insights. Previously, as the IHSS Service Desk Team Lead, Brenna provided guidance to over 80 agents, fostering a positive team environment. Brenna held the position of Executive Administrator at Century Commercial Service from October 2015 to October 2020, where strategic planning and goal-setting were key responsibilities. Earlier in a role as Life Enrichment Coordinator at Sierra Regency Independent Living, Brenna designed engaging programs for residents. Brenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from California State University-Sacramento and two Associate’s Degrees in Behavioral Sciences and Psychology from Sierra College.
