Carl Nixon

Carl Nixon is an experienced event management professional with a strong background in marketing and lead generation. Currently serving as a Consultant and Event Strategy and Delivery Manager at CGI since July 2025, Carl transitioned to this role following CGI's acquisition of BJSS. Prior to this, Carl was an Event Manager at BJSS, focusing on global marketing events aimed at generating sales leads from August 2023 to June 2025. Carl's previous experience includes roles as Events Marketing Manager at Patchwork Health and Manager of Marketing Events EMEA at Sungard Availability Services, where responsibilities encompassed the management of various corporate events across multiple regions. Carl's career began in marketing roles at du Pre plc and Arlington Laboratories, supported by a solid educational foundation in marketing from Newbury College.
