Carlos A. Guzman

Carlos A. Guzman is a strategic and results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in client success, product strategy, and enterprise consulting services, having driven over $150M in revenue growth through data-driven engagement and process optimization. Currently, they serve as Director of Client Success & Product Strategy at CGI Group, leading the client advocacy for the Puerto Rico Disaster Recovery Solution program. Previously, Guzman held roles at Allstate Insurance and CGI, where they contributed to federal programs and health insurance exchanges. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at Curry College and are Agile SAFE certified.
