Carol Gaudreault is currently the Director of Consulting Services at CGI, where they manage large-scale projects related to cloud migration, agility, and innovation. With over 18 years of experience in IT, Carol has previously held IT Manager positions at Nortel Networks, Abbott Laboratories, and Computer Sciences Corporation. They hold AWS and SAFe® certifications and are passionate about IT strategy and digital transformation. Carol is also committed to promoting diversity and inclusion within their team and organization. They studied at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Programmer Analysis and are currently pursuing a degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
