Caroline BITOT-HIARD

Caroline Bitot-Hiard is a Senior HR Projects Consultant at CGI, where they focus on recruitment initiatives and the integration of new talent in France. Previously, they served as a Chargée de mission Handicap et Diversité at La Banque Postale, supporting employees with disabilities and organizing diversity events. Caroline’s earlier experience includes roles at Orange Business Services and the Office Public de l'Habitat de Clichy la Garenne, where they contributed to internal communications and HR projects. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and another in Global Communication from ESGRH and the Institut International de Communication de Paris, respectively.
