Carolyn Bolden, PMP, CPA, has extensive experience in project management and consulting within the financial systems and business transformation sectors. Currently serving as a Director at CGI since April 2007, Carolyn previously held managerial roles at Deloitte Consulting and Parsons Brinckerhoff, focusing on management consulting and client project management, respectively. Carolyn’s early career includes significant positions at Dell, PwC Consulting, and KPMG Peat Marwick, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing large-scale financial systems projects and leading teams in various capacities. Carolyn holds a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University, obtained in 2004.
