Cathy Parmenter is a transformation leader and portfolio strategist currently serving as the Director of Corporate Services at CGI, where they leverage over 20 years of experience to drive business-critical change in global enterprises. Prior to this role, Cathy held various operational positions at RSA Insurance Group, where their adaptability and curiosity facilitated a deep understanding of the insurance industry. They also served as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to global projects in underwriting and reinsurance. Cathy obtained a BSc in Geological Sciences from Aston University.
