Chantel Oah

Chantel Oah is a Senior Consultant in Change Management at CGI, where they leverage their expertise in organizational effectiveness and behavioral science. Previously, they served as a Consultant for Systems Analysis at Kellogg Company and as a Senior Human Resources Associate in HR Transformation at Amazon. With a background in organizational development from Western Michigan University, Oah has also held the role of Organizational Development Lead at the same institution. Currently pursuing both a Master's degree at Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Davis, they are Prosci® Certified and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
