Charlotte Ma is a Computer Science graduate from New York University, with a Bachelor's degree earned in 2024, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Waterloo, set to graduate in April 2026. They have gained practical experience through internships at xFusion Technologies and Aersys Inc., where they enhanced user experiences and developed front-end applications. Recently, they worked as a Data Scientist Intern at UNDP, developing an agent-based fraud detection system. Currently, Charlotte serves as an AI Scientist at CGI, leveraging GenAI technology to improve customer service solutions. Passionate about applying AI in real-world applications, they are actively seeking full-time opportunities in the field.
