Cherylanne Mercer

Cherylanne (Cherie) Mercer is a skilled Agile Coach and certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in business transformation and delivery. They have held various roles, including Project Delivery Manager at CGI and Agile Coach at ADP, where they have successfully led high-performing teams and promoted Agile values across organizations. Cherie has a strong background in SAP consulting and software management, having worked with companies such as Wipro Infotech, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and BJSS. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Business Management at the University of Mysore.
