Christa Arnold

Christa Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and customer service across various companies. Christa served as a Business Analyst at Bell Canada from March 2016 to December 2018 and previously held the position of Project Manager at CIBC from November 2011 to July 2015. Earlier roles include Service Delivery Consultant at Bell, Account Manager/Project Manager at HSI, and Client Relationship Manager at IPC Canada. In the early stages of the career, Christa was the Manager of Customer Systems at Bell Canada and the Associate Director of Sales at Bell Enterprise. Currently, Christa is a Senior Consultant at CGI since February 2021, managing significant client portfolios and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
