Claire Jenkins

Claire Jenkins is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in change management and high-level HR projects, including contract alignment and TUPE. They began their career as a Personnel Assistant at Field Packaging Plc and subsequently served as an HR Manager at 2e2 and Genus Pharmaceuticals. From 2017 to 2021, they worked with CGI as an HR Business Partner before being promoted to Human Resources Director in 2021. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from the University of Derby and has achieved CIPD Professional Standards at the graduate level.
