Conrad Windisch

Conrad Windisch is the Vice President of Consulting Delivery at CGI Federal, where they serve as a Technical Program Manager within the International Affairs Business Unit. With over 20 years of experience, Conrad has led government system and program implementations in the diplomatic, international development, and defense sectors. They previously worked at American Management Systems as a Consultant and held various roles at CGI, including Manager and Director of Consulting Services. Conrad started their career as a Research Manager at IntelliQuest and is currently pursuing a BA at The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Information Management at The University of Texas at Austin, and additional studies through IES Abroad.
