Dave Henderson

Dave Henderson serves as President for CGI’s Global IP Solutions, leveraging his proven history of guiding multi-industry IP development and growth to help further strengthen the connection between CGI’s IP strategy and operations globally.

With a 35-year career helping clients in their transformation to secure, customer-centric digital enterprises, Mr. Henderson leads a strategic portfolio of more than 170 IP solutions, helping clients drive business outcomes through flexible, secure, cost-efficient, and innovative technology enabled business solutions.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Henderson served as President of CGI’s U.S. commercial and state government operations, which delivers a broad range of technology and business services to clients. In this role, Mr. Henderson led the strategy and growth of this U.S. business portfolio, which plays a prominent role in CGI’s global position across several industries, including financial services, energy, utilities, retail, manufacturing, health, communications, and state and local government.

Joining CGI in 2006, Mr. Henderson led the Dallas Metro, eventually leading one of CGI’s largest and fastest growing business units, U.S. Central-South. Prior to CGI, he spent four years building North American consulting practices for a global IT services firm. In prior years, he was a consulting practice leader at American Management Systems in the company’s telecom and utilities industry groups, focusing on customer experience, enterprise architecture, and service-oriented architectures. He spent the early part of his career at EDS, leading software development and client delivery teams across multiple industries in the U.S.

Mr. Henderson graduated from Oklahoma State University with Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Sciences. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Washington Catalogue for Philanthropy.
