David Comiskey

David Comiskey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and service delivery management. Since December 2007, David has held multiple roles at CGI Federal, currently serving as Director of Consulting and Service Delivery Manager, and has previously worked as a Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Prior to CGI Federal, David worked at Software Performance Systems, Inc. from July 2001 to November 2007, where roles included Account Manager and Product Specialist. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Virginia Tech, earned between 1997 and 2001.
