David Elliott

David Elliott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting within the defense and maritime sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CGI since February 2019, David previously held roles such as Service Delivery Manager at DXC Technology and Senior Project Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included overseeing the AMPA In-Service Support contract for military aircraft. David's career also includes key positions at QinetiQ, first as Principal Consultant for Marine Renewables and then as Head of Sales & Bidding, leading business development initiatives and sales activities. Educationally, David holds a Master of Science in Advanced Materials Technology from the University of Surrey.
