David Faulkner

David Faulkner is a cybersecurity specialist with extensive experience in security operations, threat intelligence, and risk management. They served in the US Navy from 2008 to 2016 as a Master at Arms, focusing on anti-terrorism and military law enforcement. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at ASM Research, where they developed IT security frameworks for Veterans Affairs projects. David held roles at Cerner Corporation as a Systems Security Engineer and at ManTech as a SOC Operations Security Lead before assuming the position of Senior ISSO at CGI in 2025.
