David Moreno is a cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in information technology and security management. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Advisor and Deputy CISO at CGI, they are responsible for developing robust security architectures and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, David held significant positions at Blu Logistics Latam, Yanbal, and SGS Colombia, where they led infrastructure teams, implemented transformative technologies, and managed comprehensive cybersecurity strategies. David holds an Elektroniko Engineering degree from Universidad Manuela Beltrán and has completed several advanced certifications, including CISSP, CISM, and PMP.
