David Walshe

David Walshe is a Senior Consultant at CGI LTD, specializing in contact center and customer experience management. With over 10 years of experience, they have consistently achieved exceptional results in customer services and sales, notably increasing sales conversion and improving staff attrition at Utility Switchboard. David has also held leadership roles at uSwitch Ltd and Green Network UK Plc, where they focused on strategic initiatives and performance improvement. They were nominated and recognized as Team Leader of the Year in both 2012 and 2013 at the European Call Centre Awards. David holds a BA in Modern History and Politics from the University of Southampton.
