David Westmoreland

David Westmoreland is a Senior Service Architect and Consultant at CGI, specializing in pre-sales outsourcing and transformation solution architecture. With substantial experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, they have primarily focused on major public sector projects in the UK for the past two years. David previously worked at EADS as a Service Architect and Project Manager, and at Logica as a Pre-Sales and Transition Manager. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Wales, Newport.
