Debra Capua

Debra Capua is an Employee Communication Expert with extensive experience in creating and implementing global communication programs that drive business results. Currently serving as Director of Internal Communications at CGI, they focus on engaging employees and developing impactful communications campaigns. Debra previously held roles as the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Genmab and the Director of Internal Communications at POLITICO, where they were instrumental in enhancing internal communication systems during organizational transformations. They also have a rich background in consulting, having worked with various clients, including Avon and Philips, to improve internal and external communication strategies. Debra holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Saint John's University.
