Delany Satheeswaran

Delany Satheeswaran is a dedicated DE&I and Social Impact Lead at CGI, where they drive initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Delany worked as an Integration Camp Counsellor at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, adapting to high-pressure situations to ensure a positive experience for children with disabilities. Delany's expertise extends to consulting on DE&I strategies and managing campus recruitment efforts, enhancing employer branding and student engagement. They are currently pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Society, Culture, and Religion at McMaster University.
