Don Kimminau

Don Kimminau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cost analysis and leadership roles within the defense sector. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CGI since January 2025, Kimminau previously held the position of Senior Cost Analyst at Aeyon and Thompson Gray, Inc., providing critical cost estimating and analysis support for various procurement and sustainment activities, particularly in aviation and unmanned aerial systems. Prior roles include significant leadership and analytical responsibilities with CSC as Principal Business Analyst on the Sea-Based X-Band Radar program, directing the Air Force Office of Lessons Learned, and commanding multiple operational groups within the U.S. Air Force. Kimminau's educational background includes a Master of Science in National Security Strategy and Strategic Policy Development from the Air War College, a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
