Douglas Calem

Douglas Calem is the Director of Consulting Services at CGI, where they have been contributing since 2019. They are also the Founder and Co-Director of the Central Ohio Reuse Coalition (CORC), a role they have held since 2022, focusing on sustainability initiatives to reduce plastic waste. With over 27 years of experience in the IT industry, Douglas has skillfully worked as a project manager, change management agent, and business analyst. They authored "Riding Through Dreamland," detailing a 3,500-mile bicycle trek across the USA in 2021, and continue to share insights through their blog on their website. Douglas earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University between 2001 and 2005.
