Douglas Maxwell

Douglas Maxwell is a Delivery Manager at CGI, skilled in guiding businesses through complex IT projects using a user-centered and service design approach. Previously, Douglas served as Programme Manager at Volunteer Scotland, where they led national technical projects and managed cross-functional teams. Douglas also held the position of Head of IT and Digital Transformation at The Food Train, overseeing digital transformation efforts for service delivery. They earned a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Edinburgh Napier University.
