Elen Mills

Elen Mills is a PMO Manager at CGI, bringing extensive experience in HR operations and office management. With over seven years in HR operations and three years focusing on event management within a technology consultancy, Elen has demonstrated strong leadership and operational coordination skills. Previously, Elen served as a People Operations Lead at BJSS, where they spearheaded global HR operations for a workforce of over 2,400 employees, optimizing processes and enhancing employee experiences. Elen’s career also includes roles in hospitality management, contributing to exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. Elen holds an HND and BA Honours in Hospitality Management from Llandrillo College.
