Elizabeth O'Neil

Elizabeth O'Neil serves as Vice President at CGI since May 2008, specializing in strategic planning, business engineering, and operational efficiencies, among other areas. O'Neil's previous roles include Director at CGI-AMS from 1993 to 2008, where responsibilities encompassed federal financial management and product development. Prior to that, O'Neil held multiple principal positions at American Management Systems between 1994 and 2004. O'Neil earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Syracuse University in 1991.
