Emilie Brannan is a Ground Operations Engineer at CGI, working as a Simulation Officer and Ground Operations Engineer for Earth Explorers since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Young Graduate Trainee at the European Space Agency from November 2021 to October 2023, where preparation of Sentinel-1C simulation and scheduling of ESA’s ground station network were key responsibilities. Emilie also held positions as a GNSS Service Engineer at EUSPA, focusing on Galileo mission studies, and as a Ground Support Equipment Software Engineer at HyImpulse, concentrating on Measurement Command and Control of Ground Support Equipment for sounding rockets. Furthermore, as a Satellite-Antenna Scheduling System and Projects Engineer at EUMETSAT, Emilie contributed to the second generation of Metop satellites and regional services. Emilie holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and a Master's degree in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University.
