Emma Layton

Emma Layton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and sales innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting Internal: Sales Innovation and Enablement at CGI since July 2025, Emma previously led the Sales Innovation Team at BJSS from September 2024 to July 2025. Emma's background includes significant roles such as Head of People and Culture at SPARCK and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Content Officer at THRIVE LXP. Prior to these positions, Emma contributed to Learning Pool as Mind Click acquisition support and held various leadership roles at Mind Click, BYG Systems, and the East Midlands Regional Partnership for Gifted and Talented. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Bristol and a PGDip in Radio Journalism from Nottingham Trent University.
