Eric Baker has over three decades of experience in data analytics and reporting within the field of Human Resources, primarily at CGI since 1990. As a Manager in Corporate Services, Eric has been a full-time telecommuter since 1995, specializing in BI reporting tools and executive-level HR dashboards. Previously, Eric served as a Senior Consultant and Reporting Specialist, managing staffing and talent management reports. Additionally, experience at CGI-AMS involved project management and systems design for various government and educational financial and HR projects. Eric's career began as a Programmer/Business Analyst at Keystone Data Services. Eric holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
