Eric Chen

Eric (Liang) Chen is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Director at CGI since July 2022. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at the Texas Education Agency from May 2009 to July 2022, notably as IT Director II and PMO Enterprise Architect. Eric holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Southeast University. Additionally, training at the Yale School of Management has further honed Eric's executive skills in technology and management.
