Erik Beauchamp is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, particularly in the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner and Director Consulting Expert at CGI, Erik leads Agile squads, focusing on operational excellence and project success. Erik's previous roles include Senior Product Owner at Université de Sherbrooke, where a phased implementation roadmap for ServiceNow ITSM was developed, and Product Director at Sherweb, overseeing a hypergrowth cloud portfolio.
