Evangeline Rosel

Evangeline Rosel is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Director of Consulting Services at CGI. With a robust background as an Army veteran, Evangeline held key leadership positions including Chief of the Personnel Division at U.S. Central Command and Equal Opportunity Program Manager at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Evangeline also contributed to academia as a Professor and Chair of the Military Science Department at Norfolk State University. Evangeline's educational achievements include an MBA in Marketing and Arabic from the Darla Moore School of Business, alongside other advanced degrees in Human Resource Management and National Resource Strategy.
