Felix Wong

Felix Wong is an experienced professional in consulting and business process management, currently serving as Director Consulting Expert at CGI since October 2025. Previously, Felix held various roles at Ainsworth Inc. for over 14 years, including Director of Business Process Management, where responsibilities included overseeing ERP, FSM, CRM, and CMMS systems, leading a team of ten, and managing numerous system integrations and project deliverables. Felix also played a key role in transforming business processes, achieving significant efficiency improvements, and managing cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes positions as Manager of Business Process Management and Process Manager in Facility Management at Ainsworth Inc., as well as Systems Designer at ATS Automation, and an internship at Celestica Inc. Felix holds a Master of Applied Science in Robotics from the University of Toronto.
