Fernando Lopera

Fernando Lopera PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, Prince2, SSM is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Prince2. From June 2013 to December 2021, Fernando managed a diverse array of projects at the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), significantly contributing to numerous organizational areas. Fernando also played a key role as a Project Coordinator, supporting the AIMCo Innovations Program throughout its lifecycle and ensuring lessons learned from previous projects informed new initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at CGI since February 2022, Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
