Florence Delorme

Florence Delorme has extensive experience in the public sector and transport industries, having held key positions at CGI from October 2016 to November 2021, including Directrice Secteur Public / Transport and Directrice de programme for CDSRH SNCF since 2018. Prior to CGI, Florence worked at UNILOG as a Consultante and Senior Consultante, and at LOGICA as Manager and Directrice de projet. Florence's responsibilities included contractual management, subcontracting oversight, operational management, client relations, and team management, with notable clients such as RATP and La Poste Enseigne. Florence earned a Maîtrise de Biochimie from Aix-Marseille Université in 1996.
