Frank Holthe

Frank Holthe is an experienced leader and business developer currently serving as the Acting Vice President of the Public Sector at CGI Norway, overseeing a team of over 50 consultants and managers. Previously, Frank held key positions at prominent technology and consulting firms, including Oracle, CGI, and e-vita, achieving significant results in sales and partner development.
