Fred Elisma

Fred Elisma is a Senior Consultant at CGI, having previously held various positions, including Senior Programmer Analyst at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute and Senior Software Developer at the Ottawa Institute of Systems Biology. With a strong background in web application development and identity access management, Fred contributed to significant projects such as the mortgage pre-authorization platform for the National Bank of Canada. Fred holds two Master’s Degrees from the Université du Québec à Montréal, one in Bioinformatics and another in Biology, from 1999 to 2003.
