Gareth Roberts

Gareth Roberts has extensive experience in service delivery and client management, currently serving as Team Manager at Logica, now part of CGI, since 2009, where responsibilities include meeting end-user expectations and maintaining commitments through OLA and SLA compliance. Previously, Gareth worked as an Account Manager at Reach from March 2006 to April 2009, engaging clients in a field-based role. In addition to the role at Logica, Gareth has also been a Service Delivery Manager at CGI since February 2013, focusing on organizing service delivery, managing resources, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and maintaining service SLAs through effective subcontract management.
