Gemma Murphy

Gemma Murphy is a Release Manager and Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in training and service delivery. They worked at CGI from 2014 to 2018 in roles including Training Consultant and Service Delivery Leader, where they honed their skills in managing training programs and service delivery processes. Prior to that, Gemma was with Barclays Direct from 2007 to 2010, serving as a Customer Service Associate and subsequently as a Training Associate, where they designed and delivered training for associates. Gemma holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of West London and has pursued additional certifications in training, ITIL, and Agile methodologies.
