Gene Allen is a retired Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in software development, quality management, and process improvement for federal and state government agencies. They have held key roles at Computer Based Systems, Inc., PwC Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, and IBM, where they excelled in project management and client satisfaction consulting. Currently, Gene is implementing CGI's Momentum Federal financial management enterprise solution for a federal government client in Washington, D.C., while pursuing degrees in Business, Information Systems, and an M.B.A. at Virginia Polytechnic Institute, George Mason University, and Chapman University, respectively.
