Gina C. is an experienced Agile Consultant at CGI since October 2025, with a strong background in project analysis and management. Previously, Gina served as a Project Analyst in the Technology PMO Team at GDI Integrated Facility Services, where responsibilities included requirements gathering for the Human Resources Information System and acting as a subject matter expert. Previous roles extend to Project Manager at the Colombian Association of Responsible Tourism, where strategic initiatives were generated in response to Covid-19, and consulting positions in Spain and Colombia focusing on economic impact analysis and stakeholder engagement. As a co-founder and business developer of Hostal Playa del Ritmo, Gina achieved notable recognition on TripAdvisor and improved business revenue significantly. Education includes a Business Analysis and Process Management program at Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia, along with a Professional Scrum Master certification.
