Graham McCarthy is a retired PRINCE2 Practitioner accredited project manager with over twenty years of experience in managing complex, high-value infrastructure and Cloud Migration projects. They have held significant roles across various sectors, including Banking, Retail, and Government, often with full P&L responsibility. Their career includes positions at notable organizations such as Royal & SunAlliance, Vodafone, and Specialist Computer Centres PLC, where they delivered numerous large-scale projects. Graham possesses strong governance and stakeholder management skills, maintaining SC clearance since 2018. They continue to contribute to the field as a Senior Project Manager at CGI.
