Hans Groot

Hans Groot has extensive experience in the insurance and consulting sectors, currently serving as Director of Consulting Services at CGI since October 2025. Prior to this, Hans held various leadership roles at Nationale-Nederlanden from July 1999 to September 2025, including Product Owner and IT team lead in Bancassurance, where responsibilities encompassed IT chain management, process design, and test automation. Hans was also a member of the management team at ING Verzekeren, overseeing critical IT operations. Earlier roles spanned functional management and project coordination within ING, Postbank, and Nationale-Nederlanden, showcasing a strong background in functional analysis and client management.
