Imogen Aylwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design, business consulting, and podcasting. As the Founder and Host of the Headway Podcast from October 2020 to January 2022, Imogen engaged with social entrepreneurs and business leaders to explore impactful initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Business Consulting at CGI since June 2025, Imogen oversees employee development, client relationships, and operational management. Previous roles include Team Leader at Thrive Africa, Service Design Consultant, and Senior Service Design Consultant at SPARCK, where impactful user-centered services were developed for various sectors including health and government. Imogen began a career in design with internships and freelance work, ultimately earning a First Class Honours degree in Furniture & Product Design from Nottingham Trent University in 2015.
