Jacky Chen

Jacky Chen is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in management and consulting delivery. Currently serving as a Manager in Consulting Delivery at CGI since October 2025, Jacky previously held the position of IT Service Desk Manager at GDI Integrated Facility Services and has a long history at CBI Health in various roles, including IT Service Desk Manager and Team Lead. Jacky has demonstrated expertise in enterprise helpdesk support, IT infrastructure planning, cloud services administration, and multi-vendor procurement.
