James Titus

James Titus is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in consulting services, currently serving as Vice President Consulting Services and State and Local Sector Leader at CGI since February 2012. In this role, James Titus oversees the State and Local business across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, focusing on strategic planning and aligning market demands with sector strengths. Prior to this, James Titus held senior positions at Oracle Corporation and CGI, where responsibilities included managing large-scale implementations of ERP and application systems. James Titus began his career in consulting at CMA Consulting Services and NYNEX Consulting, and has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and an Associate degree in Business Administration from SUNY Canton.
