Jamie Watkins has extensive experience in project management and technical support, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Program Manager at CGI since January 2016. Prior roles at CGI included Implementation Specialist, Project Manager Scrum Master, Product Manager, and Senior Consultant. Prior to CGI, Jamie held positions at WaveCreste as a Senior Production Support Analyst, focusing on technical leadership for AT&T, and worked at ZeroChaos as a BVoIP Project/Escalation Manager. From 1996 to 2004, Jamie gained experience at AT&T as a Data Project Manager and Customer Sales and Service Specialist. Jamie's educational background includes studies at Middlesex College following graduation from Franklin High School.
